WHO AM I?

My name is Ditte, and I started out in the danish film industry in 2019 - within the first couple of weeks, I found out that being a 1st AD is the one job, where I can be myself so much it does not feel like working.

I started by doing a load of short films and have now great experience from a wide range of feature films, tv series and commercials.

I love how it combines the logistics, planning and puzzling with communication and empathy. Being a great 1st AD means being the communicative link between all of the departments making sure there is smooth flow of momentum.

I work with integrity always meeting people, where they are, as I strive for the best balance between a calm overview with my eyes on the balls and adjusting to the individual people and projects, and I do it with personality.

Everthing is possible, it is only a matter of which conditions you want to execute, and I believe in a safe environment first and foremost.

Time is money, but haste is waste.
